Simon Crust FRICS

Simon is a Fellow of the RICS and a Registered Property Receiver. He was Head of Valuation and Professional Services at Cardales and before that a Director of Lambert Smith Hampton.

He is regularly asked to act as an expert witness and has given expert evidence on valuation to the High Court.

Andrew Hale BSc MRICS

Andrew was a director of Cardales and before that Lambert Smith Hampton. In 1995 he was seconded from LSH to Coopers & Lybrand to assist with the setting up of their specialist Business Recovery and Insolvency Surveying Team.

Early in his career Andy spent a short time in local government following which he was an asset manager for Sun Alliance Group Properties.

Martin Rymer BSc (Hons) MRICS

Martin joined ProMission after five years with Calfordseaden, where he was an Associate Building Surveyor in their London office.

Before joining Calfordseaden, Martin worked for Watts and Partners in both their Bristol and London offices.

Martin is experienced in all building surveying matters and has also specialised more recently in Access Consultancy and Planning Supervision.
