Jane is a chartered surveyor who specialised in the design and build of commercial interiors.  She is the founder of Eucalyptus Interiors and has been successfully relocating companies for over 15 years.  She is also a qualified non domestic energy performance assessor.

Our new Design & Build service enables us to offer specialist advice to tenants moving to new premises and landlords looking to refurbish vacant or dated premises for competitive marketing:-

Westminster Primary Health Trust (PCT) has recently instructed ProMission to undertake rental negotiations on a number of properties across its extensive portfolio.

The PCT is not only an occupier, but also landlord in a diverse mix of premises from offices, medical centres, care homes to centres for the homeless.
