We acted for this client in all aspects of their expansion programme, from negotiating leases on their new premises, dilapidations negotiations on their previous offices and the design, build and furniture procuement for their new dealing facility.

Occupation was phased over three moves in association with lease dates. The programme of works was undertaken to fit extremely tight timescales to accommodate the need to vacate existing premises.
