We have been appointed by Urbanest UK Limited as CDM Co-ordinator for the £13.5 million redevelopment of this development site to provide a mixed use building including retail at basement and ground floor levels and student accommodation on 10 upper floors.

The site sits on a very compact site close to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Further complications to the development include an adjoining block of shops and flats, a public park including children’s play area and underground tube line running under Minories.

The project management of the demolition phase was a complicated contract due to the small site’s location and poor access.
