CDM Co-ordination
Since 1994 the CDM Regulations, now replaced by CDM 2007, have required that Health and Safety is considered at every stage in the construction process from design onwards; failure to do so can result in criminal prosecution.

ProMission’s qualified CDM co-ordinator will ensure that you meet your legal obligations throughout the design and construction phase and beyond including:
- Pre-tender assessments of contractor’s health and safety policies.
- Pre-construction information packs.
- Site safety audits.
- Approval of construction phase health and safety plans.
- Publication of health and safety files.
We aim to achieve successful design development and implementation through our pro-active involvement in all phases of a project, from inception to completion.
Our experience in dealing with a wide range of construction projects, ensures that health and safety is always at the forefront of our design development and clearly communicated to the design team.
