Prior to completion of the project, we will undertake a detailed snagging audit to ensure optimum delivery of the project prior to occupation. On completion of the works we will provide:
- Operation & Maintenance manuals with supplier information and support
- Approvals certification and liaison with the landlord
- As built drawings
We can also project manage your move by
- Working with and closely managing the selected removals company
- Creating a move plan for issue to key personnel
- Welcome packs for staff
- Transferring / terminating service contracts at old premises
- Overseeing IT installation
