- Liaison with landlord for Licence to Alter
- Application to Building / Fire Control / planning
- Application for planning permission for exterior plant, if required
- Health & Safety Audit / CDM co-ordination / site inductions
- Schedule of Condition of new premises
- Issue of contracts to individual sub-contractors
- Furniture selection, negotiation and procurement
- Finalise a detailed programme of works incorporating all elements of the project
Our project managers ensure they are regularly on site to maintain close co-ordination with site personnel, oversee works, quality and programme.
We also ensure regular updates with our client and keep a tight control on the programme and cost.
