Simon Crust FRICS

Simon is joint founder of ProMission and previously Head of Valuation and Professional Services at Cardales and Director of Lambert Smith Hampton.

Simon specialises in landlord and tenant negotiations and valuations.

He is a Fellow of the RICS, a RICS Registered Valuer and Registered Property Receiver.  He is regularly asked to act as an expert witness and has given expert evidence on valuation to the High Court.
